Powers elicitation, elaboration, artifact generation, and summarization. Used under a commercial license with the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum. Your data is not used to train Google's models.

We operate two complementary SaaS platforms that serve enterprise teams, consultancies, and independent developers. Our mission is to reduce the gap between an idea and a production-ready application through responsible, transparent AI.
AIPH is the parent entity for all billing, customer relationships, and legal obligations associated with our products. Payments for The Alchemist Pro are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Payments for AlchemyCrew App Builder are handled via bank transfer. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details on our servers.

Because our products deliver digital goods and AI-generated services that are consumed immediately upon use, credit purchases and one-time payments are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered in the following cases:
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction. Include your transaction ID and a description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from within The Alchemist Pro application under account settings.
One-time credit packs do not require cancellation. Purchased credits remain in your account until used.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting AIPH may result in temporary suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated. We respond to all payment disputes within 3 business days.
